RETURN/ REFUND POLICY:

RETURN PROCESS;

Scaarf.com wants its customers to be 100% happy of their purchase and  with our hassle free return process, but in case for any reason you would like to return your purchased item, Scaarf.com gladly accepts Returns through our pre-paid Return Shipping Process.

Return Process (Canadian Customers)

  1. Please contact us at info@Scaarf.com with your Order Number or Email which is used for placing the order.
  2. Scaarf.com will provide you a Free Return Shipping Label on your provided E-mail.
  3. Please include (your original purchase/packing slip), firmly pack the item and send your return
  4. In-connection to your return a minimum amount of CAD $5.99 will be charged towards restocking the merchandise.

Return Process (U.S.A. Customers)

  1. Please contact us at info@Scaarf.com with your Order Number or Email which is used for placing the order.
  2. Scaarf.com will provide you a Free Return Shipping Label on your provided Email.
  3. Please include your original purchase/packing slip and firmly pack the item and send your return.
  4. In-connection to your return a minimum amount of USD $5.99 will be charged towards restocking the merchandise.

 

Return Process (GLOBAL / INTERNATIONAL Customers)

  1. Please contact us at info@Scaarf.com with your Order Number or Email which is used for placing the order.
  2. Please note : There will be no pre-paid shipping labels for our Global/International customers, you will be liable to send your return.
  3. Upon receiving the item/items, the product amount will be refunded.

 

Eligibility for your Return

  • The Item/Items must be intact, unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition, within 15 days of receiving the goods.
  • Please note, at this moment there is No Exchange Program available.
  • Sale, Clearance and Final Sales items are not eligible for any return or refund.

 

Note : Scaarf.com will refund the item cost only, but is not liable or held responsible for any shipping/handling fee or lost return items. Any associated cost (Shipping, Customs, Duties / Clearing charges) incurred for return shipping will not be refunded.  Scaarf.com reserves the right to refuse any refunds if the above procedures have not been followed.
